Explore finance opportunities at a leading logistics and supply chain management company based in the Helderberg area and be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to setting new standards in logistics and supply chain management.A Bookkeeper is required to manage multi-currency transactions, submit invoices, do financial reports, accounts payable/receivable, cash flow planning, audit support, and maintain accurate financial records.KEY DUTIES

Preparation of management reports monthly.
Preparing invoices and submitting to customers timeously for payment.
Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist and manage liaisons for annual audits. Balance sheet recons
Treasury management - daily, weekly and monthly cash flow planning.
Maintain transactions from operational system to finance system
Mitigate any corrections after deadlines.
Forecasting/budgeting preparation of schedules.

REQUIREMENTS

South African citizen.
Code B driver's license and own transport.
Reside in Helderberg area (Western Cape).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Senior certificate (NQF 4).
Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.
Computer literate (excellent MS Office, Excel and Pastel package skills).
Experience with multi-currencies USD, ZMW and ZAR.
Bookkeeping to trial balance.
Experience local and foreign cash books.

CAPABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

Verbal/written communication skills.
Detail orientated and organised.
Adept in prioritising and multitasking.
Ability to communicate with all the stakeholders in the company - from junior to executive level.
