- Previous experience as a Service Manager - Minimum 3-5 years
- Experience with Ford vehicles and systems - Highly advantageous
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet performance targets and manage customer satisfaction
- Computer literate (Kerridge/CDK, Automate or similar DMS experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Clean criminal record.
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department
- Manage a team of technicians and service advisors
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Drive profitability and performance targets
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution
- Monitor service workflows, parts usage, and workshop productivity
- Manage warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation
- Knowledge of Ford systems and processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-focused with a hands-on leadership style
