- Build 5 – 7-page custom websites within 72 – 80 hours
- Create landing pages/funnels within 36 – 48 hours
- Complete updates and change requests via ticketing system on time
- Log daily updates for every active ticket
- Attend daily stand-up meetings promptly
- Support teammates and the company, demonstrating a collaborative spirit
- Maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset
- Provide thoughtful feedback paired with suggested solutions
- Continuously improve through positive daily habits
- Deliver at least one internal training on custom development
- Participate in monthly check-in with Project Manager
- Complete at least one internal course relevant to development or digital marketing
- Attend quarterly team meetings
- Participate in performance evaluations
- Show measurable improvement in identified areas
- Read a book or take a course related to leadership, development, or personal growth
- Managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Receiving and implementing constructive feedback gracefully
- Engaging openly in team discussions and idea exchanges
- Project Manager – Daily task guidance, deadline setting, and feedback
- Agents – Cross-functional collaboration on project details
- Head of Department – Escalated inquiries
- HR – Performance feedback and evaluations (per semester)

- WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript – Advanced proficiency
- Custom theme/plug-in builds with AI (Lovable, Cursor or VO)
- Elementor – Strong experience
- Shopify & WooCommerce
- Fluent English communication skills
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Web Development
- Strong portfolio of completed projects
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field
- Postgraduate or certification in Web Development or Marketing – a plus
- Technical Assessment via TestDome
- Custom Build-Out Assignment
- Final Cultural Fit and Technical Interview
- Computer: Intel® Core™ i7 or higher, 16GB+ RAM
- Internet: Stable broadband (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download)
- Equipment: High-quality noise-canceling headset & HD webcam
