Job Summary Main Duties include: • Supervise and manage financial and admin staff • Processing of receivables, payables, petty cash, wages, Journals, fleet management, and adhoc payments • Review financial data. Submit accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenue • Ensure accurate calculation of wage related expenses and benefits • Preparation of revenue schedules • Verify trial balance transaction and Depot audit control reporting • Management & capture of fuel transactions • Balance back all fuel schedules and split to individual fleets on month end • Balance back all kilometer schedules and accrual schedules for month end • Subcontractor reconciliations and compliance • Balance sheet reconciliations, Tax and Stat pack schedule/ year end schedules
