- Minimum: National Senior Certificate.
- Certificate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Interior Design,
- Experience:
- 5 years’ sales experience with international/high-end luxury home decor brands.
- Strong background in interior design, décor, and fabrics.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven sales and customer service expertise with high-end luxury products.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and one additional South African language (area dependent).
- Proficient in MS Office, Point-of-Sale systems, and database management.
- Experience with campaign implementation, branding, public relations, and report writing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Other:
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are a must.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for luxury home decor products.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-end clientele.
- Coordinate production and administrative tasks to support sales efforts.
- Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase brand offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- 20% Inhouse and 80% on the road.
