Contribute to designing and planning the transition in hardware and software infrastructure (if part of the BUILD domain)
Provide IT support for users through the Service Desk (if part of the RUN domain)
Ensure continuity of service (if part of the RUN domain) for Operations, including hardware and software infrastructure, on a day-to-day basis:

Network / Telecommunications: Cabling, Switches, Optimizers, Routers, Firewall, Proxy, SSL VPN gateways, WAN, WiFi, Video-Conferencing systems, and other equipment (UPS, AirCon, Genset, IoT, etc.)Systems: Servers (Windows/Linux or iSeries), data backup systems, business applications, communication and collaborative toolsEnd users: PCs, Thin Clients, Smartphones/Tablets, Printers, Satellite phones, Scanner guns, HeadsetsEnsure ITIL MIS support processes: single point of contact for helpdesk, ITSM ticketing, troubleshooting, log analysis, reporting, Centreon monitoringManage IT hardware resources (inventory)Implement and act on plans, organizational tasks, and activities assigned to the RUN and/or BUILD teamsUphold The Companys group norms and policy compliance: Use only business applications/MIS services aligned with The Company IT catalogueApply The Companys security and licensing policiesCarry out other delegated tasks as assigned by the reporting manager, within skill set and experienceOccasional travel to The Company sites for IT projects, implementation, or trainingEngage in systems administration including:General computer supportSoftware installations and upgradesNetwork and printer supportDeployment of equipmentInventory managementParticipate in rotational after-hours and onsite support (The Company operates 24/7 with various WMS and TMS systems)Create and manage specific project plan activities in collaboration with:Business stakeholdersIT Service Desk & Operations ManagerCluster MIS ManagerIT Infrastructure EngineerCoordinate documentation, testing, and training efforts related to project plansContinuously evaluate and adjust within project timelines to mitigate risks to project successEnsure project prioritization and sequencing based on business needs and operational demandsParticipate in monthly project meetings to:Review key activities undertakenDiscuss implementation challengesPlan key activities for the upcoming month with the MIS ManagerEnsure compliance with current responsibilities and legal requirements related to Quality, Health, and Safety standardsReport hazards, incidents, and injuries in line with legislation and The Companys reporting proceduresParticipate in programs and assessments to improve the IMS system in the workplace
