- Engage fintech clients and understand their hiring needs through a consultative sales approach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Match top fintech talent with suitable opportunities and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Develop long-term client relationships and provide consistent communication and support
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to candidate placements, client acquisition, and revenue growth
- Stay up to date with fintech trends and industry developments to better advise clients and candidates
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous process improvements
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, preferably with a consultative or solution-based approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in the fintech space and a passion for people
- Willingness to learn and grow into a recruitment consultant role
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to change
- Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
