- Update Managing Director and Finance Manager on Project Issues by issuing a weekly progress report
- Overseeing and training Project Managers in their daily tasks
- Overseeing and ensuring that project post-mortem analysis is presented to the Managing Director and Finance Manager
- Compile non-conforming reports received from Project Managers for performance review at the end of the year and share with the Managing Director and Finance Manager
- Compiling reports on overall project budget and timing (keep track of all projects post-mortems and compile into one document to allow annual performance analysis
- By liaising with the Head of Business Development and Finance Manager, optimize and reduce stand down as much as possible
- Ensuring that all teams have the required tools, vehicles, and PPE to conduct their work efficiently and safely
- Issuing disciplinary warnings when required as well as assisting HR with disciplinary hearings
- Allocate all projects to construction teams and sub-contractors and keep the Action Map updated at all times
- Keep up to date with labour laws
- Ensuring quality control are adhered to on all sites.
- Ensuring project managers are able to fulfil all duties
- Complete any additional ad hoc tasks requested by Senior Management
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
