- Driving thought leadership, leading cross-functional projects, and owning the communication to senior leaders on highly strategic initiativesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Cape Town, ZAFBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy, definition and end to end product deliveryPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
