Production Manager

• Production Management - Planting of citrus.
• Scheduling and overseeing irrigation.
• Applying fertilizer and implementing pest, plague, and weed control measures.
• Pruning, harvesting, monitoring, and all crop manipulations.

• Labour planning and supervision.
• Accurate recordkeeping.
• Coordinating transport and accommodation for workers.
• Overseeing maintenance of equipment, orchards, and general facilities.

• Monitoring and controlling costs, with a focus on productivity improvement.

• Post-matric qualification in Agriculture.
• Minimum 4 years experience in citrus cultivation.
• Knowledge of modern production practices.
• Specific knowledge and/or experience in irrigation practices (advantageous).
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Table grape production experience will be a distinct advantage.
