Management Accountant

• Preparation of monthly reports
• Presentation of management reports to the Executive Heads monthly
• Partner with businesses to provide financial assistance and training for non-finance, so that they understand the financial reports
• Assist the business in the compilation of the annual budgets - answer any questions related to budget procedures
• Prepare forecasts and financial modelling for any new business ventures that were being considered and advise the businesses of their viability
• Investigate and report on variances / movements in the management accounts through critical analysis
• Provide expense analysis reports to the Executive Heads together with reasons for variables and adverse variances - assist the Head in identifying areas of cost-saving
• Keep abreast of laws and regulations that applied to this function or field of professional expertise, maintaining up-to-date compliance
• Prepare and analyse external party reports
• Budgeting and forecasting for the divisions
• Costing – product and analysis
• Data review and analysis
• Review budgets
• Identification of trends and outliers
• Compliance to IFRS standards

• Finance Degree or related qualification
• CIMA or studying towards a CIMA (Advantageous)
• 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
