  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, mining, agriculture, water supply, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with SAGE or similar systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of piping solutions and water infrastructure is highly desirable.
  • Sales and Business Development: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, address their needs, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of piping solutions and water infrastructure.
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
