CBU 16291 - SITE AGENT / FOREMAN

• Be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site (Highrise Buildings)
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Be responsible for coordinating teams & managing resources.
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
• Maintain accurate site diaries and progress reports.
• Address and resolve site-related queries and concerns.

• Relevant qualifications in construction management or civil engineering.

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
