As a Client Service Executive, you’ll assist in managing day-to-day service delivery for some of the largest asset managers, fund managers, and insurers in the European market. You’ll work closely with senior account managers and custodians, handle client queries, and support foreign tax reclaim processes. The role blends relationship management with operations and offers exposure to international finance and cross-border compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide account support for leading institutional clients in the European marketLiaise with global custodian banks to manage tax recovery documentationTrack submissions and ensure all client value is reclaimed within strict deadlinesRespond to and resolve client and foreign tax office queriesKeep up to date with legislative changes and service requirementsCollaborate with Senior Account Managers to deliver strategic client goalsMonitor and meet individual and team submission targetsPrepare and check claim documentation for accuracy and completenessContribute to onboarding new clients and ad hoc support projectsLog and escalate client issues, propose solutions, and follow up on resolutionsWhat You’ll BringTertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Economics, BCom Law, or a related fieldStrong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanourHigh attention to detail and excellent administrative capabilitiesFast learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to build rapport and manage client expectationsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesValid South African passport or work permitFluency in English (written and spoken)Nice to HaveProficiency in an additional European language (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish, German)Familiarity with custodian banking, tax recovery, or client-facing financial operationsWhat’s On OfferCompetitive salary with exposure to leading global financial institutionsCollaborative, client-focused team environmentCareer development within an international businessOpportunities to grow into senior client or account management rolesHybrid work model with professional autonomyCompany Culture
