• Lead and manage extraction operations and maintenance teams
• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of Cane Preparation, Juice Extraction, and De-watering Mill plants
• Implement and monitor planned and routine maintenance strategies to maximize plant availability
• Control operating and maintenance budgets for both season and off-crop periods
