- Exhibit a proven track record of managing complex client relationships.
- Understand digital asset management (DAM) or brand management platforms.
- Command excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Proven ability to develop engaging communication strategies.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is an advantage.
- Cultivate and strengthen strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client's brand management and digital asset needs.
- Facilitate the development and optimization of client's Frontify enterprise account.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate, motivate, and train current and prospective Frontify users.
- Manage all client communications, providing regular updates on platform status and new features.
- Identify opportunities for increased Frontify adoption and usage.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and Frontify support.
- Monitor platform usage and provide regular reports on adoption and engagement.
- Analyze user feedback to inform platform improvements and client strategies.
- Client relationship management: Deepen partnerships through proactive communication and platform expertise.
- Platform adoption: Drive increased and effective utilization of the Frontify platform.
- User engagement communications: Develop compelling content and strategies to educate, motivate, and train users.
- Reporting insights: Translate platform data into actionable insights for client and agency.
- Learnings & recommendations on next steps: Continuously analyze usage to offer strategic recommendations for platform optimization.
