All activities, roles and responsibilities are aligned to the world class (manufacturing) philosophy, principles and practices.QualificationsMatric (Maths and Science) Degree / BTech or Diploma in related industry, NQF 6 and aboveExperience5 - 8 Years experience in related industry (Chemical Industry)Previous experience in team managementDutiesTo ensure Safety adherence on shift: • Conduct Safety incident investigation • Conducting risk assessments for tasks and process deviations • Encourage team to achieve targets on leading and lagging indicators.
