Job Summary Qualifications & Requirements: • Grade 12 with a relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, or Diploma in IT). • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in an IT support role within a corporate or logistics environment. • Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. • Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD Connect, and Group Policy basics. • Exposure to SOPHOS & FortiGate Firewalls, HP Switches (e.g. J9773A/J9776A), or Dell PowerEdge servers will be advantageous. • A valid driver's license & willingness to travel between sites if needed. • Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication skills. • Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and grow. • Trustworthy, reliable, and aligned to company values and confidentiality standards. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users (hardware, software, peripherals). • Support and maintain Windows 10/11 PCs, Microsoft 365, and mobile device configurations. • Assist in Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD) user administration (password resets, user creation, group policies, etc.). • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across LAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and VPNs. • Perform routine maintenance on servers, printers, and switches (primarily Dell, HP, Sophos, and Aruba-based infrastructure). • Handle printer queue management and Universal.
