As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees in the mining sector.You will handle all aspects of the payroll cycle, including processing payroll information, managing deductions and tax compliance, and resolving payroll discrepancies. Process payroll information accurately and in a timely manner
Handle deductions, tax calculations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements

Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in payroll coordination
Experience in the mining industry is highly preferred
Proficient knowledge of payroll software and systems
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
