  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in technology and IT sales environments
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets within B2B enterprise settings
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Business One, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other relevant modules
Inherent requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in technology and IT sales environments
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets within B2B enterprise settings
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Business One, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other relevant modules
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and cross- functional teams, supported by a strong professional network within relevant industries
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client challenges
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • A valid drivers’ license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
Preferred requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the recruitment, consulting, or IT and/or in the SAP sales services industry (advantageous)
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and cross- functional teams, supported by a strong professional network within relevant industries
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client challenges
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • A valid drivers’ license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
  • MBA qualification (advantageous)
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the recruitment, consulting, or IT and/or in the SAP sales services industry (advantageous)
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through prospecting networking and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure ensuring a seamless and efficient process
  • Maintain deep knowledge of SAP technologies including cloud solutions data management and AI integration
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies to strategically position SAP offerings
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of business processes aligning SAP solutions to meet specific client needs and drive value
  • Ability to land new business develop and grow clientele
  • Proven capacity to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with presales consulting and other internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track sales progress analyse performance data and provide regular reports to management
