If you're passionate about cutting-edge tech, driving value, and shaping the future of applications, this role is for you!What you'll do:Lead solution design and development across front-end and back-end systems.Engage with business and tech stakeholders to align on strategic roadmaps.Drive coding, testing, and handover of robust, secure applications.Collaborate across teams to spot new opportunities and deliver improvements.Champion Agile/DevOps practices and mentor the team in best practices.What you bring:5+ years Java development experience.Strong SQL and full-stack skills (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, NodeJS, Docker, Microservices).Experience with tools like Kafka, Maven, TeamCity, Hibernate, JBoss, Tomcat.Familiarity with banking/financial services domain (advantageous).Problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven.Relevant Tech/Engineering/Science degree.Why PBT?
