A well-established international organisation in the industrial equipment and supply chain sector is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator. This role is integral to ensuring smooth coordination of orders, logistics, and client support while maintaining efficient communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance accuracy with excellent customer service.Qualifications

2–5 years’ experience in supply chain coordination, order processing, or logistics support
Experience working for a multinational/global company (preferred)
A National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process and track customer orders from start to finish
Liaise between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates
Manage delivery schedules, backorders, and customer stock movements
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for on-time goods delivery
Handle customer queries with professionalism and urgency
Ensure compliance with export control regulations and incoterms
Assist with stock availability checks and forecasting
Prepare and present reports, invoicing projections, and forecasts
Support finance teams with invoicing, credit notes, reconciliations, and payment terms
Drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) with strong data manipulation and reporting skills
ERP system exposure: Sage X3, SAP, SYSPRO (advantageous)
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving ability

Personality Traits

Strong communicator with professional maturity and customer focus
Adaptable, innovative, and responsive to change
A proactive self-starter who works well independently and in a team
