- Design Beautiful, Intuitive Experiences: Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to ensure your designs are seamlessly integrated into the product roadmap.
- User-Centered Approach: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continually iterate on designs and improve the user experience.
- Own the Design Process: From ideation to final delivery, take ownership of the design process and ensure the quality of every touchpoint.
- Innovate & Push Boundaries: Bring fresh ideas to the table and help us stay ahead of the curve in the competitive deal-finding space.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or similar role) with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. You’re also comfortable with prototyping tools like InVision or ProtoPie.
- User Focused: You understand the importance of user-centered design and have experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback.
- Collaboration: You thrive in a team environment, are open to feedback, and know how to communicate design decisions clearly.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for details, ensuring pixel-perfect designs while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Problem-Solving: You approach challenges creatively and think outside the box to design solutions that meet both user and business needs.
