- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance according to SANS 10142 wiring codes.
- Issue Certificates of Compliance (CoC) where required.
- Install and maintain electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Conduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete jobs within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate job cards, reports, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to apprentices and assistants when required.
- Valid Installation Electrician (IE) Wireman’s License.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Electrician, with proven installation background.
- Sound knowledge of SANS wiring code and electrical regulations.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with solar installations, inverters, and backup power systems (advantageous).
- Computer literacy (MS Office / job card systems).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
