• Upsell and cross-sell products across various campaigns.
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Contact both new leads and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Accurately record and update all customer interactions.
• Stay up to date with market trends and product knowledge.
• Apply innovative and creative sales techniques to maximize conversions.
• Ensure customer service standards are upheld at all times.
• Follow up on leads and customer queries promptly.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Work overtime or Saturdays when requested by management.

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 1–2 years’ outbound sales experience in a call centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong typing and accurate data capturing skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office & CRM systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A persuasive, competitive, and results-oriented nature is an advantage.
