We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join the team and support day-to-day marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will help expand the brand's reach, improve campaign effectiveness, and ensure consistent messaging as the business scales.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Collaborate on email marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and KPIs.
- Maintain and update the website and digital assets.
- Support brand consistency across internal and external communications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or generalist marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Kartra, Canva, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or lending.
- Basic HTML/CSS or familiarity with web CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress).
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo).
