Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to take on a dual-role position as Storeman / Security. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the storeroom and assisting with the security and safety of the premises. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, maintaining inventory, and enforcing security protocols while supporting warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:Storeman Duties:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
Maintain a well-organized and clean storeroom.
Perform stock takes and inventory counts as required.
Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Keep accurate records of stock movements and storage.

Security Duties:

Monitor and control access to the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure site security.
Report and respond to any suspicious activity or safety breaches.
Ensure compliance with company safety and security procedures.
Maintain incident logs and communicate with management regarding issues.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Drivers Licence.
Valid Forklift Licence.
Own transport is essential.
Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.

Advantageous:

First Aid Certificate will be beneficial.
Prior experience in a similar dual-role environment.
