- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales and/or branch management
- Previous experience in the chemical or technical sales industry will be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills: ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff
- Solid financial acumen: budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Operations management expertise: process optimization, compliance, and day-to-day operations
- Technical understanding of products, equipment, and industry requirements
- Proficiency in system-driven environments
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness

- Drive branch growth and expand the customer base

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Ensure Area Managers meet responsibilities and deliver on KPIs
- Stay up to date with the latest chemical products and services
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
- Manage daily branch operations and staff performance
- Oversee stock levels, monthly stock takes, and inventory security
- Ensure accurate and timely stock orders from the production plant
- Manage branch financial performance and resource allocation
- Prepare and monitor budgets
- Safeguard company assets
- Prepare and submit monthly reports and action plans
- Maintain and update customer records
- Foster teamwork and effective communication across departments
- Assist with additional duties as required
