- All tasks allocated are processed within standard SLA as per the relevant procedures
- Closing of tasks within TAT, with all relevant documents attached, attaching all documents to the relevant folders
- Loading claims and switches per the relevant procedures
- Accurate use of CRM, status & notes
- Manage death claim notifications
- Liaise with beneficiaries on death claim documentation and related matters
- Preparing recommendation resolutions on allocations and distributions
- Adherence to all internal protocols on administration
- Updating section 14, section 50 controls and death claim subcommittee report
- Trace deceased members' beneficiaries on project death claims
- Ensure that all emails coming to the mailboxes are attended to
- Responsible for preparing trustee reports and for stakeholders
- Act to ensure that both proactive & reactive communication is accurate, comprehensible, recipient friendly, on time, thorough and adheres to client service standards
- Ensure that queries are acknowledged and responded to accurately and within agreed time
- Upskill the team to be able to handle queries
- Manage complex queries, and resolve escalated queries
- Responsible for team related Audit queries
- Grade 12
- Relevant diploma/bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years administration experience
- Knowledge of Section 37C of the Pension Fund Act investigation advantage
