- Lead product costing and margin analysis across multiple business units
- Partner with operations to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Drive budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Support inventory valuation and supply chain finance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations
- BCom Degree plus a completed CIMA qualification (or close to completion)
- 3+ years’ experience in a costing or finance role within manufacturing, engineering, or distribution
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to influence decision-making
