Large group with over 15 branches across KZN are recruiting a Debtors Manager who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar management role, and ideally a related qualification. The successful applicant will lead a department of 5 staff, ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from patients, medical aids, and third-party payers; collaborate with billing staff to ensure accurate invoicing and claims submission, resolving disputes with medical aids, and negotiating payment terms. Additional duties will include the ethical management of patient information, adherence to relevant laws, and reporting to management on the age analysis. Applicants must have a general knowledge of ICD10 codes, an in-depth knowledge of medical tariff (billing) codes to assist the billing and branch administrators, and an in-dept knowledge of medical aids. * What is your name?
