
FMCG Sales Representative

- Manage and grow sales across existing and new customers.
- Plan and execute structured call cycles, building long-term client relationships.
- Drive sales of new and existing product lines, ensuring placement and visibility.
- Identify gaps, slow-moving stock, and implement sales promotions.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, call cycles, and activity plans.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
- Minimum 35 years FMCG sales experience (perishables advantageous).
- Relevant qualification in Sales / Marketing / Business (advantageous).
- Proven track record in dealing with Chain Retail Stores, Supermarkets, and related outlets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Able to analyse sales data and apply insights to sales action plans.
- Valid C1 Drivers Licence (PDP advantageous).
- Own vehicle required during initial probation (fuel allowance provided).
- Must be based in Durban or surrounding areas.
- More senior applicants are welcome to apply, but proof of earnings may be required to confirm experience and remuneration level.
