What You Bring:

A recent Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline, OR up to 1 year of experience in a data-focused role (bonus if in financial services, credit, or fintech).
Exposure to machine learning or AI projects through studies, work, or personal projects.
Strong technical skills in Python, R, and SQL.
A passion for using data to solve problems and deliver real-world impact.
A curious, growth-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
