Company: MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consumer & Commercial (C&C) team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Sandton, hybrid and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.We will count on you to:Daily interaction with Sales Professionals / Insurers / Administrators / Clients regarding claims, underwriting and renewalsEnsure claims, underwriting and technical delivery standards are implemented and maintainedEnsure renewals is done timeously and agreed with Insurers within 60 days in advanceEnsure claims rejection is fair and in accordance with scope of coverFacilitate the Audit process to ensure all gaps for risk is mitigated i.e adhere to CE and CFP PrinciplesFinancial reporting (Budget and forecasting)Responsible for Financial aspects, facilitation of the allocation of commissions with Finance to ensure accurate and timeous allocation.
