The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, invoice processing, reconciliations, stakeholder communication, and compliance within our dynamic rental portfolio.Key Responsibilities:- Process and authorize rental-related invoices and payments (rent, utilities, levies, commissions)- Monitor and manage recurring payments and refunds- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting- Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, and service providers- Ensure compliance with FICA regulations and audit requirements- Support the Rentals Manager and assist colleagues when neededMinimum Requirements:- At least 3 years experience in rental or property administration- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- High attention to detail and good accounting knowledge- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage deadlines
