In this role, you will collaborate with our recruitment team to source, engage, and secure top-tier talent for our clients.You’ll need to rely on your sound judgment, communication skills, and resourcefulness to attract and place critical and scarce skills in the market.   • Understand client requirements and translate them into clear job descriptions.
  • Attract top talent through job advertisements, direct sourcing, social media, LinkedIn, and databases.
  • Screen CVs and applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Manage the candidate screening process, including scheduling and conducting pre-interview assessments.
  • Perform reference checks and coordinate other vetting processes (education, criminal, credit checks).
  • Maintain accurate records on candidate and client databases.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • BSc/BA degree in Industrial Psychology, HR, IT, or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in specialist recruitment (Technology, Finance, Engineering, or Logistics).
  • Good understanding of technical profiles and industry-specific terminology.
  • Proficient in sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and target-driven.
  • Own transport, cellphone, and laptop.
