- Lead, support, and motivate a team of collections agents to achieve high performance
- Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Manage training and upskilling initiatives for agents
- Allocate resources and manage workloads to optimize productivity
- Analyze data and metrics to improve recovery rates and minimize customer churn
- Oversee professional and compliant communication with customers
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
- Collaborate with internal departments to support collection efforts

- Proven experience in collections team leading or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
