- Handle sales inquiries and process customer orders across various platforms
- Verify customer details, process payments, and update internal systems
- Provide customers with accurate information on stock availability, alternatives, and lead times
- Issue invoices and coordinate orders with relevant departments
- Manage and update sales and customer records while ensuring timely responses
- Maintain and enhance the companys online presence, including website updates
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required
- Proven experience in sales administration within a similar or comparable industry is essential
- Demonstrates a solid and consistent employment record this role is not suited to frequent job changers
- Adaptable, professional, and aligned with the companys values

- 23 years proven experience in a similar sales administration role (experience in FMCG advantageous)
- Computer literacy: proficient in Microsoft Office, with Omni being advantageous
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (speak, read and write)
- Clear and professional phone and email etiquette with strong customer service skills
- Outgoing personality, well-organised, and a reliable team player
- Able to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and proactive approach
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in close proximity to Kraaifontein
