CESSNA PILOT & BEEF FARM MANAGER

• Agricultural Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in beef cattle and sheep management
• Experience in cropping and field management
• Proven ability to lead and manage staff effectively
• Strong stockmanship and hands-on farming skills
• Must be hardworking, honest, and possess an ownership mentality
• Computer literate
• Maintenance-oriented and practical problem solver
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in South Sotho (advantageous)
• Valid pilot’s license with experience flying a Cessna aircraft (required)
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
