RPO Recruitment's client is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join their team in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with electrical machinery and installation regulations, lead a team of Artisans, and maintain availability of electrical systems crucial to production.Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with electrical machinery and installation regulationsProvide leadership and mentorship to Artisans, learners, and apprenticesMaintain availability of electrical systems for sugar, fibre, and electricity productionContribute technical expertise to project workManage budgeting and capital processesImplement planned maintenance methodologyParticipate in standby dutiesMonitor and maintain Bestime systemRequirements:Grade 12, N6 qualification, and Trade Test certified3-5 years post-apprenticeship experience as an electrician in a heavy industry environmentProficiency with SAPStrong technical skills with leadership, team collaboration, and communication capabilitiesSound knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practicesBenefits
