You'll leverage your networks and B-BBEE knowledge to design impactful solutions that meet client needs while contributing to social impact.What You'll DoDevelop and execute strategies to secure new partnerships and drive growthEngage and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makersPromote learnerships, apprenticeships, and skills development programmesRepresent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunitiesLeverage B-BBEE Codes expertise to identify opportunities and craft solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and deliverySupervise and mentor junior business development staff as neededMaintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and progressWhat You Bring5-7 years' experience in corporate sales, stakeholder relations, or business development, ideally in the training or B-BBEE spaceProven understanding and practical application of B-BBEE Codes for skills developmentStrong professional network and credibility with senior stakeholdersProven track record of achieving sales and business development targetsSupervisory experience an advantageMature, professional, and confident communicatorStrategic thinker with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skillsWhat Success Looks LikeStrong partnerships delivering impactful training solutionsAchieving and exceeding business development targetsCredible representation and influence in the industryEffective mentorship and support of junior team members
