â Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, CPM, or equivalent) â Essential
â Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field â Advantageous
ð¼ Experience:
â 5â10 years of EPC project management experience
â Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget & quality standards
â Expertise in contract management, risk management & stakeholder engagement
â Strong background in process improvement & project methodologies
â Experience in fast-growing or evolving environments is a plus
ð Key Skills:
â Leadership & Change Management
â Process Optimization & Problem-Solving
â Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
