Process Plant Engineer

• Monitor compliance with relevant mining regulations and company policies
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize plant performance
• Manage capital expenditure projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on time
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve plant issues
• Provide technical support and training to plant personnel

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• GCC Mines & Works
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a GCC Engineer in a mining environment
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience on Crushing and Screening Plant with, Conveyor Systems and automated Stackers/Reclaimers and general associate infrastructure
• Experience in Planning and Improvement within an Opencast Mining and Process Plant Environment
• Experience with plant operations, maintenance, and optimization
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Salary: R2.2Mil p/a - R2.4Mil p/a
