- Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans which align to Business Strategy
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures and associated training plans for Group IT and initiatives
- Be responsible for IT Asset Management, inventory, life cycle management and any related documentation
- Establish and manage service levels to the business
- Plan, acquire and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organizations network
- Conduct research and make recommendations on products or services in the market that will complement our Group IT strategy
- Negotiate with vendors, outsources and contractors and ensure relevant agreements are in place
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of the group’s IT infrastructure and (cyber) security to ensure audit compliance
