We are looking for a Human Resource Officer to work in a Call Center environment with a Human Resource related Degree and 3 years experience in Human resources providing consulting service to enable and optimize business results through execution of aligned Human Resources solutions.Minimum Requirements:Knowledge of Employment Equity, People Development, Performance Improvement, Career and succession, Organizational design, employee engagement
