Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR and Industrial Relations activities on-site
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
- Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation
- Strong experience in Disciplinary Processes, CCMA representation and Union negotiations
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Batchelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations or related field
- Postgraduate Qualification or Certification in Labour Law/HR Management
- Minimum 5 Year's in a Senior HR/IR Role within a UNIONISED environment
- Proficiency in HRIS System & MS Office and Excel
- FMCG or Manufacturing Industry experience an Advantage
- CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
