- Creating / printing artwork for a variety of communications material to include advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns (internally)
- Creating artwork of the highest standard according to brand and corporate identity guidelines
- Author's changes on artwork based on feedback from internal stakeholders
- Creating print ready artwork for use by various service lines and group companies
- Preparing layouts, formatting text to style sheets, preparing files for printers
- Constructing templates for use throughout the organisation
- Art direction and execution on all creative and design material including typography, retouching designs, layouts and illustrations
- Creating artwork based on production briefs and supplier templates.
- Creating & Uploading marketing material to: MS Teams shared foler
- Front end design of websites & landing pages to feed into the web dev team
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases. (i.e. Disclaimers, themes, campaigns etc)
- Aligning / formatting of documents e.g. reports/tender/letters for the various service lines and offices throughout the organisation
- Assisting the tender department with their submission of proposals in terms of creating/printing/cutting annexure boards and front covers
- Editing new staff images for the personnel system
- Designing of electronic / printed guides for production
- Ordering of letterheads / stamps / inkpads / calendars for the organisation
- Designing of business cards / electronic business cards / pamphlets / posters for the organisation
- Assisting HR in updating of the company organograms for all offices
- +3 Years experience in a similar role
- Proficient with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects). experience advantageous.
- Microsoft Suite especially Outlook
- Matric
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field is essential. Honours advantageous
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and content creation.
