If you have 6-9 years of retail experience in FMCG, particularly in the liquor sector, and are ready for a significant challenge, we invite you to apply.

- Matric.
- Valid Driver License and own Vehicle.
- 4-5 Years in managerial position.
- Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets, monitor sales trends, and take corrective measures as required.
- Housekeeping: Ensure stores meet cleanliness and presentation standards
- Asset Management (Stock): Maintain efficient stock control and address underperforming stock.
- Asset Management (Cash): Uphold cash handling policies, conduct spot checks, and oversee cash floats.
- Asset Management (Vehicles): Manage vehicle maintenance and authorise repairs.
- Safety and Security: Implement security protocols and respond swiftly to security situations.
- Human Resources Management: Enforce HR policies and oversee staff performance.
- Marketing and Business Development: Coordinate sales promotions and cultivate supplier relationships.
- Estate Management: Oversee store logistics and perform feasibility studies for new locations.
- Administration: Compile financial and HR reports and ensure policy compliance.
- Customer Service: Maintain exemplary customer service standards and handle complaints efficiently.
- Merchandising: Create strategic merchandising plans and optimise product placement.
- Store Visits: Regularly visit stores to ensure operational uniformity.
