- Proficient in Google Suites and relevant school administration platforms.
- Attend and positively contribute to Management meetings as scheduled;
- Support the Headmaster and staff in the development, review, implementation and monitoring of whole school policies which promote the school’s values, aims and objectives;
- Assume responsibility for the management of the school in the absence of the Headmaster;
- Oversee the maintenance and facilities of the College along with leading and directing the ancillary staff;
- Assume responsibility for campus Occupational Health and Safety annual inspection;
- Attend PCP meetings as required, and report back to staff when necessary;
- Oversight of College fund raising activities in terms of execution, involvement and profitability;
- Oversight of College marketing activities, including open days and other functions;
- Interview prospective learners and parents and conduct tours of the school where required;
- Scholarship recruitment, policy, information evenings and examinations;
- Attend Old Boys' Association meetings as required, and report back to the Headmaster when necessary;
- Advise Association on planned events per Association and College policy as well as event and fundraising coordination;
- Whole school hearings post internal, middle management disciplinary processes;
- Play an active role in the rollout and implementation of the performance appraisal process followed by appropriate staff development and training;
- Ensure support and training during the induction of new staff and for trainee teachers;
- Responsible for facilities hiring by outside organisations at the school.
