- Collaborate with relevant managers to understand the requirements and responsibilities of open positions.
- Craft Job Advertisements for open vacancies and ensure they are posted on all relevant platforms.
- Consult with various recruitment service providers.
- Screen applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews, psychometric assessments and conduct reference checks.
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with relocation and housing administration.
- Responsible for coordinating employee induction and onboarding, ensuring seamless integration.
- Maintain a database of future potential candidates.
- Responsible for monthly recruitment report.
- Assist in developing and maintaining job descriptions.
- Support the rest of the People Practices team with other administrative tasks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Relevant tertiary qualification: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- High integrity and efficiency with regards to task management and task completion.
- Good reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, servant leadership attitude.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Excellent computer skills including MS Teams, Outlook and database management on Excel.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software will be advantageous.
